John started out as a copywriter at Saatchi & Saatchi winning, in the same year, the industry's award for 'The Most Promising Beginner.'

RBH lured John as their Creative Director in 2006. A £60m billing independent agency, he primarily oversaw Jaguar, Land Rover, Hyundai and Aston Martin – as well as a fleet of non-automotive clients.
During his time there RBH won over 30 awards including a Marketing Society Gold for effeciveness.

John became one of WCRS's youngest Board Directors, primarily for his award-winning work on BMW and Carling Black Label.

John is currently the Executive Creative Director of Clusta, an interactive creative agency he helped reposition from a digital production company. As a result, Clusta is now winning business direct from major clients rather than just through agencies.
